All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• All bookings are confirmed in writing once agreed upon by both parties.
• A booking is only considered secured once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
• Any changes to confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and may be subject to availability and additional fees.

• Fees will be outlined in a written quotation or agreement prior to booking.
• Payment terms, deposits, and balance due dates will be specified per booking.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional charges.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations within a specified time frame prior to the event may be subject to full charges.

6. Talent Conduct & Expectations
• All Squad members are expected to act professionally at all times.
• Clients agree to provide a safe, respectful working environment.
• Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe conditions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate event details, schedules, and role expectations.
• Ensure safe working conditions and appropriate breaks.
• Not engage talent directly outside of The Squad Management without prior written consent.

8. Liability
• The Squad Management is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, weather, or unforeseen events.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
