Marble, one of South Africa's most acclaimed restaurants, engaged The Squad Management to provide ongoing hostess staffing that supports both day-to-day restaurant operations and the work functions and private events hosted at the venue. The goal was to give every guest a warm, professional welcome and a seamless experience from arrival through to seating, building a front-of-house team that delivers efficient service while creating a memorable first impression true to the Marble brand. The role called for professional hostesses who could welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, handle guest enquiries and support the front-of-house team throughout service and events. It also demanded flexibility, with varying service times and last-minute shift changes a regular requirement.
Our Solution
